Like Never Before Janitorial Services, was founded on Nov. 24, 1992 by Victor R. Navarro (owner) in the city of Lake Forest, CA. After working for several janitorial companies as janitor, supervisor and manager. I realized that it was time to start a professional janitorial company of my own which will provide better services and would listen to clients’ requests as well as the janitors’ needs.
